I have done a review of the research and I cannot find anything that suggests there is a specific concern when it comes to pesticide poisoning in cats and administering a rabies vaccine.

Applying general medical principles, I would recommend that you perform blood and urine testing to assess the impact of the poisoning event and make sure that it has resolved. You can then discuss the vaccination with your veterinarian. In most areas, as it is required by law and is necessary to have in order for clinics to handle your cat, I recommend you then update the vaccination status if your veterinarian concurs.
